Canadian drugs as safe as those sold in the U.S.
Patient safety is our primary concern, however, a prescription drug that is not affordable is neither safe nor effective. The following researched articles and interview with Dr. Jerry Avorn of Harvard Medical show beyond any doubt how drug companies, in conjunction with the FDA, have set out to deceive physicians and their patients.
Prescription medicines from Canada, banned from the U.S., are at least as safe as those sold by American drugstores, according to a Harvard University professor, state regulators and Canadian authorities.
FDA and drug companies know foreign drugs and medical devices are safe:
"The FDA already inspects plants in Ireland, Puerto Rico and elsewhere that produce and package prescription drugs legally sold in the U.S. and could extend the same system to foreign pharmacies", Avorn said. "New York-based Pfizer Inc.'s Lipitor heart pills and Natick, Massachusetts-based Boston Scientific Corp.'s Taxus heart stent are made in Ireland with FDA oversight."
Last and certainly not least, what the FDA and drug companies don't want you to know. Because if you did, you would know the "safety" argument has been a deception from the beginning. Chances are your medication has been researched, manufactured, and imported from other countries for years! Drugmakers shift more production outside USA
The bottom line is licensed Canadian and European pharmacies are as safe, if not safer, than their U.S. counterparts.
We offer the following guidelines when ordering your presription drugs from a Canadian or any pharmacy:
- Never order from a pharmacy that does not require a prescription.
- Every Canadian pharmacy must make it's license number available to the Public. Ask for it and the toll free number to the College of Pharmacists to verify.
- Mail-order pharmacies should have pharmacists available during business hours for consultation.
- Whenever possible your prescription drugs should be shipped in the original, sealed, manufacturers container.
- The pharmacy should have a representative for you to talk to not just an e-mail address.
- Request delivery insurance for your order.
Take responsibility and know who you are dealing with. To do otherwise, will only put your health at risk!
