However, Part D is very complicated to figure out. Marital status, annual income, asset values and each senior's individual prescription drug mix will affect their monthly premiums, annual deductibles, co-payments and reimbursement rates. All of these factors make it very difficult to figure out whether Part D will save seniors any money, especially compared with the Canadian pharmacy option.
